We, Karlowsky Fashion, are not only an international producer of workwear. We are also an owner-run family business and have been traditionally rooted in our region of the Magdeburger Börde since 1892. For us, these are central points of our corporate identity and part of our values. Showing commitment is therefore not just a nice accessory for us. Among other things, we want to make our contribution to society through memberships in various clubs and associations and as sponsors of, for example, sports teams or regional development.

We are proud to be able to support our traditional club in its important work in and for the region as “SILBERPartner of 1. FC Magdeburg”. 1. FC Magdeburg is more than just a professional team. Starting with the D-juniors in the state league up to the A-juniors in the Bundesliga Nord/Nordost, the (football) youth of the region has been intensively promoted for years. We strongly support this work. But of course we are also excited by the “thrillers” of our first team now in the 2nd division or the DFB or national cup matches!

With passion and a lot of heart and soul, the LVMD (Landesverband der Köche Mitteldeutschland) offers chefs and those who want to become one a wonderful platform to exchange ideas, pass on skills and develop taste. Especially young people in this profession find valuable support here in the form of sustainable education and youth development. We are very happy to have been able to support this passion with our products for years!
We are the official outfitter of the GoGrillaz BarbieQ Competition Team
In the GoGrillaz BarbieQ Competition Team, women set the culinary pace at the grill. Susi, Steffi, Nadine and Vicky are probably Germany’s most successful barbecue ladies. Supported by Sebastian, Tim, Michi and Andy, they have already celebrated great successes at several barbecue championships. The biggest was certainly the title “German Amateur Grill Champion” in 2019, as well as the titles “State Grill Champion Saxony-Anhalt 2018” and “Central German Grill Champion 2020”. In doing so, the team tries to create star-level dishes with the utmost creativity and an enjoyable combination of different ingredients on the grill. In addition, the GoGrillaz are successful hosts of the “Landesgrillmeisterschaft Sachsen-Anhalt”, the largest barbecue championship in central and eastern Germany.

We, Karlowsky Fashion GmbH, are convinced participants of the BSCI (Business Social Compliance Initiative) and have committed ourselves to comply with the BSCI Code of Conduct. It includes basic requirements for our manufacturing companies with regard to working conditions and social standards.

Together with the city marketing “Pro Magdeburg” e.V. we aim to make an effective contribution to improving the image of our state capital Magdeburg and the citizens’ identification with their city.
Commitment, creativity and new ideas are Magdeburg’s opportunities. The association Stadtmarketing “Pro Magdeburg” e.V. offers committed people in Magdeburg a framework to contribute their ideas, suggestions and proposals in a competent forum. The strength of “Pro Magdeburg” is its member companies. They contribute their respective competences to the city marketing – a living example of a public-private partnership between the state capital Magdeburg and the city’s businesses.

The GermanFashion Modeverband Deutschland e.V. represents the German fashion industry and represents the interests of its approximately 350 members. They are available to us, the member companies, in all industry-specific matters and represent our interests vis-à-vis legislators, authorities, market partners and other organisations. GermanFashion offers its member companies a communication platform and informs us about current developments in the industry using modern communication tools.

As the political lobby for family entrepreneurs in Germany, the association “Die Familienunternehmer” (The Family Entrepreneurs) has developed over the past seven decades into a recognised and sought-after advisor to politicians as well as an important entrepreneurial network.
The members of the association are exclusively companies that are significantly owned by one and/or several families or in their sole ownership. The association sees itself as the strong voice of entrepreneurship in Germany. They represent the economic-political interests of approximately 180,000 family entrepreneurs in Germany, who employ eight million employees who are subject to social insurance contributions.
