Returns Processing

This returns processing policy exclusively regulates the returns of commercial customers to our company. If Karlowsky Fashion GmbH has only acted as a supplier to consumers, Karlowsky Fashion GmbH expressly points out that the consumer must assert his warranty rights exclusively against his contractual partner in the event of defects.

  • Step 1: Registration

    To complete a successful return, you must first register it with us by email (

    The following points must be described in your registration:

    • Contact person (first name, surname, telephone number, email)
    • Customer number
    • Karlowsky invoice number or Karlowsky order number
    • Customer return number
    • Articles concerned: (Article name, article number, colour number, if applicable the colour name, size, quantity)
    • Return reason

    Place of return (address from which the goods are returned)


    We expressly point out that except in the case of a justified complaint (e.g. incorrectly delivered or damaged goods) there is no obligation to take back articles. If the conditions described in § 2 und § 9 GTC are not met, we alone shall decide whether the return is possible, e.g. for reasons of goodwill. In such cases, however, we reserve the right to allow return only concurrently against reimbursement of a lump sum (restocking fee) of up to 15% of the value of the goods and the costs incurred for the initial dispatch and return. The return of goods ordered by your company as special production (e.g. special product and design elements), product changes (e.g. shortening sleeves) or additional finishing (e.g. printing and embroidery) for reasons of goodwill (free of justified defects) is excluded.

  • Step 2: Returning goods

    After you have successfully registered the return, we will send you an email with an enclosed return note. If the return is a justified complaint, you will receive an additional DHL parcel stamp (PDF format) by email for your free return shipment. Print the DHL parcel stamp on A4 paper, separate the return label at the marked point and attach it onto your shipping carton. You can conveniently hand in your return at a DHL branch or give it to the driver at the next DHL delivery.

    In the case of returns for reasons of goodwill, you must organise a return to our company. All costs associated with the return shipment (e.g. freight and transport costs) are to be borne by your company. In such cases, the registered return must be sent to the following address:

    Place the item(s) in a suitable shipping carton together with the printed return note. Please seal it securely. Use suitable packaging to ensure adequate protection against damage in transit.

    Please note that incoming returns shipments that do not include a return note issued by us cannot be identified in our goods receipt and will therefore be rejected by us.

  • Step 3: Inspection

    As soon as we have received the return, we will inspect your return.

    In the event of a justified notice of defects, we will, at our discretion, repair the goods complained about, deliver a faultless replacement or refund the value of the goods.

    If there is no justified notice of defects and if the goods are in perfect condition, we can agree to return them as a gesture of goodwill and refund the value of the goods.

    If no condition agreements exist for payment processing of reimbursements, these are offset against open receivables.

    An immediate return transfer is possible upon your request, provided you provide Karlowsky Fashion GmbH with your bank details.
